The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has created a sticky situation across the globe. The majority of people spend their time working a job or seeking entertainment from things such as TV, sports, movies, etc. COVID-19 has made it difficult if not impossible for people to participate in their normal activities. It has caused many people to lose their job and live off of money provided by the government. All these things create a situation where millions of people are stuck inside of their homes with nothing to do. This has created a major increase in people’s interest in gaming that may not have been there before so that they can cure their boredom. This has created an extreme and in some cases almost record-breaking increase in the number of players around the world in the gaming industry.
